Zetadex-50 Fine, Hydrated in PBS / 0.02% NaN₃ is a ready-to-use gel filtration resin optimized for high-resolution desalting and buffer exchange of proteins and nucleic acids. Developed by emp BIOTECH, the resin features a pre-hydrated beaded composite matrix of cross-linked dextran suspended in phosphate-buffered saline with 0.02% sodium azide. Its fine particle size (20–80 µm) ensures excellent resolution while enabling convenient processing of samples via gravity flow, centrifugation, or liquid chromatography systems.
This variant is ideal for laboratories requiring rapid, high-throughput purification of biomolecules without the need for rehydration or equilibration, and for workflows where compatibility with PBS is critical.
