Zetadex-25 Medium in PBS / 0.02% NaN₃ (TM-0107) is a pre-hydrated size-exclusion gel filtration matrix developed by emp BIOTECH for rapid purification of proteins and nucleic acids. The resin is based on cross-linked dextran beads, precision-sized and suspended in phosphate-buffered saline for immediate use—no swelling or equilibration required.
This medium-grade gel resin offers high selectivity and resolution with minimal non-specific binding. It is ideal for gravity-flow desalting and buffer exchange, especially for larger biomolecules such as antibodies, enzymes, and nucleic acids.
