Description
High-Resolution Gel Filtration for Protein and Nucleic Acid Purification
Zetadex-50 Fine from emp BIOTECH is a dry powder, size-exclusion chromatography resin designed for high-resolution purification of proteins and nucleic acids. Composed of a cross-linked dextran composite, the resin features a dry bead diameter of 20–80 µm and delivers excellent separation based on molecular size.
The resin provides superior selectivity and resolution while maintaining chemical and pH stability across a broad range of conditions. Its narrow particle size distribution allows efficient desalting and buffer exchange without significant sample dilution.
