With a dry bead diameter of 50–150 µm and wet expansion to 85–260 µm, Zetadex-25 Medium supports high flow rates and reproducible separations in lab and manufacturing-scale protocols. It is ideal for purifying biomolecules ≥ 5 kDa or ≥ 10 base pairs with minimal dilution, even in the presence of harsh reagents or organic solvents.
