Efficient Weak Anion Exchange in a Prepacked SMART™ Format
SMART Chromatography™ DEAE Boost, prepacked with ZetaCell DEAE Boost resin, is engineered for high-throughput weak anion exchange chromatography directly from cell-containing feed streams. The column is filled with large, highly cross-linked agarose beads derivatized with diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) ligands that offer enhanced surface-accessible binding sites for improved capacity. Its proprietary SMART™ design enables linear scalability, reduced backpressure, and efficient handling of crude bioreactor material.
The 250 µm bead geometry minimizes clogging and supports direct processing of unclarified samples while maintaining excellent resolution and reproducibility. The column is ideal for process development, scale-up validation, or production workflows requiring robust, simplified IEX purification.
