SMART Chromatography™ Column with Strong Anion Exchange Resin for Clarified and Cell-Containing Feeds
SMART Chromatography™ Q, pre-packed with ZetaCell Q resin, is a high-performance strong anion exchange column designed for direct capture and purification of negatively charged biomolecules. Based on highly cross-linked agarose beads derivatized with quaternary ammonium ligands, this column is tailored for SMART Chromatography™ applications, enabling efficient processing of clarified and unclarified feed streams.
The large 250 µm beads promote unobstructed flow, minimizing clogging even in the presence of cell debris, and support rapid separation with high binding capacity and consistent performance under industrial process conditions.
