SMART Chromatography™ SP – Robust Strong Cation Exchange for Cell-Containing Feeds
SMART Chromatography™ SP is a ready-to-use pre-packed column filled with ZetaCell SP resin, a large-particle agarose solid phase functionalized with sulphopropyl (SP) strong cation exchange ligands. The bead surface is engineered for compatibility with SMART Chromatography™, enabling efficient purification directly from unclarified feed streams. The column design allows unhindered flow of cells and cell debris, eliminating the need for pre-clarification.
The large 250 µm beads ensure low backpressure and high flow rates, making this solution ideal for streamlined processing of positively charged biomolecules in continuous bioprocessing and scale-up workflows.
