TurboTag 331 (MANT Protein Labeling Kit)

The TurboTag 331 Protein Labeling & Purification Kit is designed for the labeling and purification of proteins to form protein-dye conjugates having fluorescence-excitation and fluorescence-emission maxima at around 331 nm and 426 nm, respectively.

Description

TurboTag 331 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Sensitivity MANT Conjugation

TurboTag 331 from emp BIOTECH is a complete protein labeling and purification kit for covalent conjugation of proteins with MANT fluorophore (N-methylanthranilic acid). The kit is ideal for labeling proteins ≥ 25 kDa—especially antibodies—using a highly reactive NHS ester derivative of MANT. The resulting conjugates exhibit distinct fluorescence properties with excitation/emission maxima at 331 nm and 426 nm, offering sensitive detection in UV-excitable fluorescence workflows.
Each vial contains 50 nmol of reactive dye and enables labeling of up to 15 nmol of protein. TurboTag 331 uses NHS ester chemistry to form stable amide linkages under mild conditions. The kit is compatible with emp BIOTECH’s pre-optimized protocols for IgG labeling (1 mg and 100 µg), allowing efficient and reproducible conjugation for antibody detection, molecular tracking, and assay development.
