Description
TurboTag 750 Protein Labeling Kit for Near-Infrared DY-750 Conjugation
TurboTag 750 from emp BIOTECH is a complete protein labeling and purification kit optimized for the covalent conjugation of proteins using DY-750, a high-performance near-infrared fluorophore. This kit is ideal for labeling proteins ≥ 25 kDa, particularly antibodies, with a reactive NHS ester of DY-750 that forms stable amide linkages with primary amines. The resulting conjugates exhibit excitation/emission maxima at 747 nm and 776 nm, offering deep-tissue imaging capabilities and minimal background interference.
Each vial contains 50 nmol of reactive dye, sufficient to label up to 15 nmol of protein. TurboTag 750 includes protocols optimized for both 1 mg and 100 µg IgG samples, ensuring rapid and reproducible labeling for diagnostic or research applications requiring high sensitivity.
