Description
TurboTag 709 Protein Labeling Kit for Near-Infrared DY-700 Conjugation
TurboTag 709 from emp BIOTECH is a complete protein labeling and purification kit optimized for covalent conjugation of proteins ≥ 25 kDa using the near-infrared fluorophore DY-700. The kit utilizes a reactive NHS ester of DY-700 for site-specific labeling of primary amines, forming stable amide linkages. The resulting protein-dye conjugates exhibit strong near-infrared fluorescence with excitation/emission maxima at 709 nm and 737 nm, ideal for high-sensitivity detection in imaging, diagnostics, and molecular biology workflows.
Each vial contains 50 nmol of reactive dye, sufficient to label up to 15 nmol of protein. TurboTag 709 is compatible with emp BIOTECH’s optimized IgG labeling protocols for 1 mg and 100 µg samples, enabling fast and reproducible results.
