Description
TurboTag 777 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Sensitivity DY-777 Conjugation
TurboTag 777 from emp BIOTECH is a ready-to-use protein labeling and purification kit optimized for far-red/near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence applications. Using a highly reactive NHS ester derivative of DY-777, the kit covalently labels proteins ≥ 25 kDa—particularly antibodies—through stable amide bond formation. The resulting conjugates exhibit intense fluorescence with excitation/emission maxima at 770 nm and 788 nm, ideal for deep-tissue imaging, low-background detection, and multiplexed assays.
Each 50 nmol vial of reactive dye labels up to 15 nmol of protein. TurboTag 777 includes pre-validated protocols for both 1 mg and 100 µg IgG labeling, making it ideal for rapid adoption in research and diagnostic workflows.
