Description
TurboTag 752 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Sensitivity DY-752 Conjugation
TurboTag 752 from emp BIOTECH is a robust labeling and purification kit designed for covalent conjugation of proteins with the near-infrared fluorophore DY-752. Specifically engineered for proteins ≥ 25 kDa—including antibodies—TurboTag 752 enables the formation of highly stable amide-linked conjugates using a reactive NHS ester dye. The resulting conjugates exhibit strong near-IR fluorescence with excitation/emission maxima at 748 nm and 772 nm, enabling deep-tissue imaging, biodistribution studies, and multiplex fluorescence detection.
Each 50 nmol vial of reactive dye allows labeling of up to 15 nmol of protein. The kit is delivered with easy-to-follow protocols optimized for 1 mg and 100 µg IgG labeling.
