Description
TurboTag 749 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Sensitivity DY-749P1 Conjugation
TurboTag 749 from emp BIOTECH is a complete protein labeling and purification kit engineered for covalent conjugation of proteins with the near-infrared fluorophore DY-749P1. The kit is optimized for labeling proteins ≥ 25 kDa, particularly antibodies, using a reactive NHS ester that forms stable amide linkages with primary amines. The resulting conjugates exhibit excitation/emission maxima at 758 nm and 779 nm, providing deep-tissue imaging capabilities and minimal background fluorescence.
Each kit includes 120 nmol of reactive dye, sufficient to label up to 15 nmol of protein. TurboTag 749 is supplied with protocols optimized for both 1 mg and 100 µg IgG, ensuring rapid and reproducible conjugation under mild reaction conditions.
