Description
TurboTag 734 Protein Labeling Kit for Near-Infrared DY-734 Conjugation
TurboTag 734 from emp BIOTECH is a high-performance protein labeling and purification kit designed for covalent conjugation of proteins ≥ 25 kDa, including antibodies, using the near-infrared fluorophore DY-734. The kit features a reactive NHS ester derivative that forms stable amide linkages with primary amines on proteins. The resulting conjugates display strong fluorescence with excitation and emission maxima at 736 nm and 759 nm, respectively—ideal for advanced detection in imaging, diagnostics, and bioanalytical applications.
Each kit includes 50 nmol of reactive dye, sufficient to label up to 15 nmol of protein, and is fully compatible with emp BIOTECH’s optimized IgG protocols for 1 mg and 100 µg samples. TurboTag 734 enables rapid, reliable labeling with minimal hands-on time.
