Description
TurboTag 677 Protein Labeling Kit for Far-Red DY-677 Conjugation
TurboTag 677 from emp BIOTECH is a high-performance labeling and purification kit for covalent conjugation of proteins with the far-red fluorophore DY-677. Designed for proteins ≥ 25 kDa—especially antibodies—this kit uses a highly reactive NHS ester derivative of DY-677 to ensure stable and efficient amide linkage formation. The resulting conjugates offer strong far-red fluorescence with excitation and emission maxima at 673 nm and 694 nm, respectively, ideal for advanced imaging and immunoassay applications.
Each kit contains 50 nmol of reactive dye, allowing labeling of up to 15 nmol of protein. Optimized IgG labeling protocols for both 1 mg and 100 µg are included to simplify workflows and ensure reproducibility.
