Description
TurboTag 652 Protein Labeling Kit for Near-Infrared DY-652 Conjugation
TurboTag 652 from emp BIOTECH is a complete labeling and purification kit designed for efficient covalent conjugation of proteins using DY-652, a near-infrared fluorophore. Ideal for proteins with molecular weights of ≥ 25 kDa, including antibodies, the kit utilizes a reactive NHS ester of DY-652 to form stable amide linkages with primary amines. The resulting conjugates exhibit strong fluorescence with excitation/emission maxima at 654 nm and 675 nm, ideal for high-sensitivity detection in diagnostic, imaging, and analytical applications.
Each vial contains 50 nmol of reactive dye, suitable for labeling up to 15 nmol of protein. The TurboTag 652 kit is supplied with pre-optimized protocols for labeling both 1 mg and 100 µg IgG, enabling fast and reproducible workflows with minimal hands-on time.
