Description
TurboTag 405 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Performance DY-405 Conjugation
TurboTag 405 from emp BIOTECH is a complete labeling and purification kit for covalent conjugation of proteins with DY-405 fluorophore. Designed for proteins ≥ 25 kDa—particularly antibodies—the kit features a highly reactive NHS ester derivative of DYOMICS’ DY-405 dye. The resulting conjugates exhibit excitation/emission maxima at 400 nm and 423 nm, offering sharp, high-contrast fluorescence for sensitive detection in biochemical and immunoassay workflows.
Each kit contains 50 nmol of reactive dye, sufficient to label up to 15 nmol of protein. TurboTag 405 supports rapid, efficient labeling through amide bond formation and is compatible with emp BIOTECH’s pre-optimized protocols for labeling 1 mg or 100 µg of IgG.
