TurboTag 495 (DY-495 Protein Labeling Kit)

The TurboTag 495 Protein Labeling & Purification Kit is designed for the labeling and purification of proteins to form protein-dye conjugates having fluorescence-excitation and fluorescence-emission maxima at around 497 nm and 523 nm, respectively.

Description

TurboTag 495 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Performance DY-495 Conjugation

TurboTag 495 from emp BIOTECH is a complete labeling and purification kit for covalent conjugation of proteins with DY-495 fluorophore. Designed for labeling proteins ≥ 25 kDa—especially antibodies—the kit uses a highly reactive NHS ester of DY-495 to form stable amide linkages under mild conditions. The resulting conjugates exhibit fluorescence excitation at 493 nm and emission at 521 nm, providing strong and reliable signal for fluorescence-based applications.

Each vial contains 50 nmol of reactive dye, sufficient for labeling up to 15 nmol of protein. TurboTag 495 is compatible with emp BIOTECH’s optimized labeling protocols for 1 mg and 100 µg of IgG, enabling a reproducible workflow with high labeling efficiency.
