Description
TurboTag 634 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Sensitivity DY-634 Conjugation
TurboTag 634 from emp BIOTECH is a complete protein labeling and purification kit for covalent conjugation of antibodies and other proteins ≥ 25 kDa using the far-red fluorophore DY-634. Leveraging NHS ester chemistry, the dye forms a stable amide linkage with primary amines on proteins, resulting in highly stable and fluorescent conjugates.
The kit contains 50 nmol of reactive dye per vial, sufficient to label up to 15 nmol of protein. TurboTag 634 conjugates exhibit strong fluorescence with excitation/emission maxima at 635 nm and 658 nm, making them ideal for multiplex detection, flow cytometry, and imaging applications. Optimized protocols for labeling both 1 mg and 100 µg of IgG are included for rapid startup.
