CentriPure 96 Gel Filtration Column Array 500 – Z25M from emp BIOTECH is a high-efficiency solution for simultaneous purification and desalting of 96 samples in a microplate-compatible format. Each column in the array is pre-packed with Zetadex-25 Medium, a beaded composite dextran resin ideal for separating proteins, nucleic acids, or nanoparticles from small contaminants such as salts, dyes, and low molecular weight reactants.
Designed for automated workflows, this 96-column format enables rapid buffer exchange or removal of small molecules with sample volumes of 500 µL per column. The optimized pore size of Zetadex-25 excludes biomolecules >5 kDa or nucleic acids >10 bp, ensuring effective separation and >85% recovery in less than 15 minutes without centrifugation.
