CentriPure 96 Gel Filtration Column Array 400 – Z25M is a pre-packed gravity-based gel filtration system designed for the parallel desalting, buffer exchange, and cleanup of 96 samples in high-throughput screening or processing workflows. Each column in the array is optimized for 400 µL sample volumes, allowing for reproducible and efficient separation of larger biomolecules such as proteins (>5 kDa), nucleic acids (>10 bp), or nanoparticles (>2 nm) from low molecular weight components like salts, dyes, or unreacted reagents.
