High-Throughput Desalting of Biomolecules in Microplate Format
CentriPure 96 Gel Filtration Column Array 300 – Z25M enables efficient parallel purification, desalting, and buffer exchange of proteins, nucleic acids, and nanoparticles in automated workflows. Designed to simultaneously process 96 samples in volumes of 150–300 µL, this array is ideal for high-throughput laboratories requiring rapid and reproducible separations with minimal sample dilution.
Each column is packed with Zetadex-25 Medium, a cross-linked beaded dextran size-exclusion matrix with excellent resolution and chemical stability. The solid phase effectively removes salts, dyes, and other low-molecular-weight contaminants from biomolecules >5 kDa or nucleic acids >10 bp. Larger molecules remain in the void volume and are quickly eluted, allowing a complete separation from unwanted small species in under 15 minutes.
The array fits standard ANSI/SLAS-format microplate handlers and is fully compatible with manual or automated workflows.
