CentriPure 96 Gel Filtration Column Array 400 – Z25M

Gel filtration column array for purification and desalting of proteins larger than 5 kDa or nucleic acids longer than 10 bp/nt. Processes 96 samples simultaneously with sample volumes of 400 µL.

SKU: CP-0581-Z001.0-001 Categories: , ,

Description

The CentriPure 96 Gel Filtration Column Array 400 – Z25M from emp BIOTECH delivers fast, high-throughput desalting and purification of up to 96 samples simultaneously. Each column is pre-packed with Zetadex-25, a cross-linked, beaded dextran resin designed for size-exclusion chromatography. The columns efficiently remove low molecular weight contaminants—such as salts, dyes, biotin, ammonia, and haptens—while purifying larger biomolecules including nucleic acids (>10 base pairs), proteins (>5 kDa), and nanoparticles (>2 nm).

Optimized for 400 µL sample volumes, this array fits a standard ANSI/SLAS microplate footprint, ensuring seamless integration with automated liquid handling systems. The medium’s particle size (50–150 µm) supports gravity-based flow, eliminating the need for centrifugation or vacuum. The format offers efficient processing, high reproducibility, and reduced dilution for critical molecular biology and bioprocessing workflows.

Performance Highlights
  • >99.99% removal efficiency for low molecular weight contaminants
  • >85% recovery of target biomolecules
  • ~1.5-fold dilution during processing
  • <15-minute total run time
  • Gravity-based flow – no centrifuge or vacuum required
