Available in strong and weak anion (Q, DEAE) and cation (SP, CM) exchange formats, these columns are designed to support purification directly from unclarified feed streams.
Each format uses large-particle ZetaCell™ agarose to ensure low backpressure, high flow rates, and excellent scalability from process development to manufacturing. Boost variants offer increased binding capacity for demanding applications in antibody production and recombinant protein purification.
