This section presents TurboTag™ dyes with excitation maxima between 700 and 800 nm, including DY-700, DY-734, DY-750, DY-777, and others. These NIR fluorophores offer superior signal-to-noise performance, reduced autofluorescence, and deeper tissue penetration, making them ideal for sensitive detection in complex biological systems.
TurboTag™ NIR kits are used in applications such as in vivo imaging, high-plex flow cytometry, deep-tissue microscopy, and diagnostics. Each kit includes three NHS-ester dye reactions and emp BIOTECH’s ZetaSpin MINI columns for fast, efficient purification of labeled proteins above 25 kDa — all in under 10 minutes.

Excitation 350 – 500 nm — blue and green fluorophores such as Fluorescein, DY-405, DY-490
Excitation 500 – 600 nm — orange and red-emitting dyes including TAMRA, ROX, and DY-554
Excitation 600 – 700 nm — far-red dyes like DY-649P1, Methylene Blue, and DY-677
