Desalting Centrifugation Column: MIDI Format
CentriPure MIDI Desalting Columns are designed for efficient purification and buffer exchange of nucleic acids and other biomolecules in mid-scale volumes. With a bed volume of 5 mL and a sample volume capacity of 200 µL to 2.5 mL, these spin columns provide fast, reproducible separation of high molecular weight molecules from salts, dyes, and other small contaminants.
Pre-packed with Zetadex Z-50SF gel filtration resin and pre-swollen with either PBS or deionized water, the MIDI format columns deliver consistent performance across desalting, buffer exchange, and post-synthesis cleanup protocols. Starter kits include adapters, wash tubes, and collection tubes for streamlined use.
